Great experience, specially with the staff as they were really nice attending to any requirements. The size of the place was good, as Hakuba seems to increase their values for stay constantly.
The humidity levels of the place were only a difficulty if you try to avoid using the AC as I do. For the rest, nothing in particular stands out as a negative experience at all.

Everything about Penke Panke is amazing, the environment, the stay, and the homeliness feelings. If I ever happened to visit Hakuba again then definitely I am going to stay there again.

Greg and Martin were great. Continental breakfast really good. Can't really complain. Highly recommend.
