The place in itself is very beautiful, the rooms are very nice and spacious, the pool area is great, the patio is very beautiful. The personnel of the reception is very helful and on point.
As I arrived my room had no towels. The personnel of the bar and restaurant are less efficient and not trained.

Location, lobby
Attitude of some people at reception! Totally not kind and professional. Service at tables are really poor. Food always the same. Really not organised, no gym available but no people telling you about it!
