Close to start of hiking trail and staff allowed us to leave a small bag while we went hiking -which was much appreciated

The reception operate during certain hours only so I had to wait at least 2hrs before I could speak to the receptionist and finalize my booking

Hotel is on the main street next to river, near the train station. Our room faced the river, at the rear of the hotel, which felt private. Room was clean. Manager let us stay in the room an extra 30 minutes past checkout in the morning.
Furnishings and amenities were minimal. OK for one night, but you can do better at Hotel Le Commerce down the street for about the same price. Only one (1) light, over the bed (except for light in the bathroom). One (1) outlet. No chair or table (other than little side tables next to bed). Toilet made loud roaring sound (mechanical pump?) when flushed. Hallway is dark. Walls are thin (we could hear a guest next door coughing).
