We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the view from the balcony. The pool was clean, the breakfast was good, and the surroundings were beautiful. We also enjoyed the spa and Vietnamese massage. The staff was so helpful and kind! They helped us a lot! Highly recommend.

Its located in one of the most central locations on the island and yet they've managed to keep it perfectly quaint and quiet for their guests. Adorable hospitability and quick response of the hotel staff. Pool was crystal clear, right next to the bar that is functional and amazing. They also have a nice scooter rental option which I used and the process was smooth, quick, and effective. The value provided for the amount they charge is immense and absolutely praiseworthy. Avoid the major five star resorts and stay with them to make your Phu Quoc trip affordable while enjoying more days on the not so great island.
Absolutely nothing that you wouldn't like. They tried their best with everything and you can't ask for more.

Superb scrambled eggs. The manager Eric was a jack of all trades and was very attentive to detail. Staff were very friendly.
The pool bar was not stocked with cold beers and ice was at a premium.

Property is in a good location (if we don't count the stray dogs).
The pool was good and the vegetation around the resort was pleasing to the eye.
Laundry was relatively cheap but could have found even cheaper options outside of the resort.
We booked our room when one of our kids was only five - but by the time we checked in, he had already turned six, and guests including and above 6 years of age are treated as adults at this resort. We fully understand this and appreciate that the price initially shown by Booking.com will increase, however we were asked to pay extra IMMEDIATELY after checking in (for the originally shown price). We literally only got into our room when we were asked to pay more money. A bit of courtesy would have helped here - e.g., tell us the next morning etc.
Staff was generally helpful, however on one occasion we messaged reception on Whatsapp to pick us up on the main street. Nobody came and we did not receive any response, so we had to walk back to the resort with two small children through 8-10 stray dogs. When we asked the receptionist, who was not the one who checked us in so probably has not recognised our number and only said "sorry". She could have just asked who we were and our room number to verify that the request was genuine.
Apart from that:
- Be warned, the room is VERY small, 20 sq.m tops (and we stayed in a triple room);
- Breakfast is sub-par with mostly the same items every day.
