This house is seriously stunning, a modern take on a centuries old jite , nothing left to chance, Fanny has thought of everything, with comfort and convenience top of the list, fabulous! Right in the heart of Saint-Emillion, I can highly recommend it

La maison est parfaite : emplacement, confort, modernité, équipements, calme, lits, propreté, à proximité immédiate du coeur du village. Excellentes prestations. 10/10 sur ce point.
MAIS contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a PAS de jardin attenant à la maison et encore moins une terrasse. Il est uniquement mis à disposition un petit jardin, situé de l'autre côté de la rue (pavée, en pente), attenant à une autre maison du village, avec une table et 4 chaises. L'accès à ce jardin est périlleux et rend très difficile son utilisation pour y prendre des repas. La propriétaire refusant même de fournir un plateau pour y apporter les éléments nécessaires (couverts, aliments...) pour éviter les risques de casse. C'est pour dire ! J'avais choisi cette maison tout particulièrement pour le jardin et trouve donc que son descriptif est trompeur, voire mensonger.
