Nice apartment close to main attractions

The staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and helpful! The location was great and was a short walk to many major attractions and night life. The AC was also very cold which was nice.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator and very small steps so extremely difficult to bring luggage up, especially for elderly people. The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to sleep on.

Very good

The position is great, very close to palazzo Pitti and city center. Good value for money. There are 2 bathrooms, the rooms are quite big.

It was challenging to start the heating, but we did it ;) If you have heavy bags it could be a bit hard to climb the stairs till the 3rd floor... We had just backpacks so no problem for us.

Lugar limpio, ordenado, amplio en su mayoría, queda aproximadamente a 1.2 km del centro.

La zona de ducha del segundo piso es muy pequeña. Queda en un tercer piso, sin ascensor, un poco dificil subirlas con maletas, especialmente niños y adultos mayores.
