Good-sized room with a nice view over the main square. Great, central location which is an easy 10/15 minute walk to the bus terminal. Friendly staff, secure.

Hot water in the shower was intermittent.

Free bag drop when you do the Quilotoa loop, staff was friendly and helpfull. Room was big and relatively quiet at night as well! Overall good value for money, especially for one night!

Hotel is a bit outdated and the rooms could've been maintained and cleaned a bit better.

Such a kind lady who runs the hotel! Our stay was very comfortable and as others have said, they kept our bags free of charge during our quilotoa loop hike. Everything went very smoothly, and the hot water worked great!
