Clean, neat and tidy. Everything is perfect. Not a single smell of dust at all.
Need to use the iron board at the outside of the room. But it’s not a big deal for me. Totally ok with that

No breakfast in hotel. Not many places for breakfast - shops closed as it was a night happening area
No water filter to replenish bottles if we wanted. Melaka is hot.
Only Chinese newspapers
Cleaning staff were hospitable.
Front office could have been more helpful
You could put a settee at lift areas.
Lounge, etc not accommodating.
It is a hotel for people who just come for business
TV had only Chinese channels, reception bad
