It’s a great location, close to the town and beach but far away enough that you don’t hear any noise. It’s a good size property for couples or small families and most basic amenities were present including air conditioning in bedrooms and living area and a large fridge freezer in the kitchen. The outdoor area is a great additional space with the outdoor shower and jacuzzi a really nice feature. Hosts were prompt in providing the property details and answering our questions including the availability for a possible early check in.
The check in is rather late at 18:00, but they did try to get it ready earlier in the day after requesting. The bed is a little smaller then we are used to (it’s a standard double) and is not the most comfortable, some of the pillows do need replacing as they’ve worn thin. There was only half a toilet roll left in the bathroom, which is not ideal, but otherwise we had everything we needed.

The location was perfect, the place was clean and tidy. The facilities were good we had everything we needed and the jacuzzi was a great addition. The 3 separate air con units were also very helpful.
We requested an earlier check in time, originally we were meant to check in at 6pm (which I do feel is too late) however the host informed us on the day that the property was ready as soon as we landed around 1230pm.
The only thing that could have been better was the lighting in the bedrooms - without opening the window shutters it was very dark in the rooms and if you do that you lose some privacy. So brighter lights in the bedrooms would be nice.
The host could have provided a little more toilet roll and bin bags but that wasn’t too much of an issue!

Die Lage ist super und der Whirlpool ist ein eindeutiger Vorteil der Unterkunft.
Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sauber, eine Grundreinigung wurde anscheinend nicht durchgeführt, da der Boden und die Oberflächen dreckig und klebrig waren. Das Geschirr war leider auch noch schmutzig und generell ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt nicht gepflegt. An dem Duschkopf befand sich schwarzer Schimmel und um sich wohlzufühlen, mussten wir erstmal selber putzen, kein schöner Start in den Urlaub. Die Vermietung hat zwar schnell geantwortet, aber suchte nur nach den Verantwortlichen und schickte niemanden zur erneuten Reinigung, zudem fand die Kommunikation nur auf portugiesisch statt.
