Disappointing

The location is convenient, with easy access to the city centre. The size of accommodation is appropriate for one person, but feels less comfortable for two guests.

Disappointing experience. The property required excessive personal information during check-in, including occupation and home address, through a third-party platform, which raises privacy concerns. The main issue was the lack of customer flexibility. Although the no late check-out policy was clear, I requested a very small extension of only 30–60 minutes due to my travel arrangements and explained my situation clearly. The property refused without any attempt to consider a reasonable compromise. The customer service approach felt overly rigid and impersonal, with responses focused mainly on repeating policies rather than trying to understand the situation or find a reasonable solution. It gave the impression of dealing with a legal department rather than a hospitality provider focused on guest experience. I understand that policies exist, but good hospitality also requires some consideration when a simple request can significantly improve a guest’s experience. Fortunately, I was able to find another hotel where this small request was handled with understanding and customer-focused service. This highlighted the difference that a little flexibility and goodwill can make. Minor issues: the old washing machine caused one of my shirts to shrink. The “balcony” was not really a balcony, but rather a small opening facing a wall. There was also no proper wardrobe, which made it inconvenient to live out of a suitcase during the stay.
