Nice brekkie, nice staff
Hotel could probably do with a bit of an update.
Reception was also a bit "cold" - maybe could do with a bit of a woman's touch

Breakfast mediocre. No fruit no cereals no yogurts no croissants
As stated above breakfast mediocre. No bottled water in rooms. Door of my bedroom needed carpentry work. In efficient booking arrangements. Despite an initial phone call to someone about a room booking and a response. Further calls xame re same issue even though resolved. NO LIFTS TO BEDROOMS THIS SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED ON BOOKNG SYSTEM. A PERSON WITH MOBILITY ISSUES DONT KNOW THIS UNTIL THEY ARRIVE AND CANT Then go anywhere else
