Proximity to Dundalk town centre is just a 6 minute drive in morning traffic. Location is quiet. A little pub underneath for an evening pint. There is a shop and chippy also right beside it. Room is spacious and comfortable as is the kitchen and dining area with a comfortable sofa and TV. Breakfast cereals/ toast / orange juice being readily available is an added bonus. Very good shower.

It was clean cozy and comfy the pub downstairs has excellent guiness and warm friendly staff. a pretty little village and excellent value for money host was quick to answer communications everything you need is there shower gel towels and the bits available for breakfast toast ceral orange juice milk butter jam tea and coffee were great we only spent one night but I would definitely return again if ever staying in dundalk very happy customers the little shop off the pub has bits you might like . Bed was warm and comfy and the little book explaing the history of the building was nice to read 5 stars all round

Nothing negative to say I noted other reviews mentioned noise from the pub we didn't notice it but we had a few drinks and games of pool in the pub before bed so wasn't an issue for us
