The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it for the whole 5 days. The location is perfect and the shuttle service to Masjid Raya Baiturrahman was brilliant. I am grateful for the opportunity to have my Subuh prayer there. It felt like in Madinah.
The housekeeping did not do their job properly. We had stained bedsheets and greyish towels for Day 1 and Day 2. We kept complaining and asked to change but still no avail. We complained to the manager on Day 3 and Alhamdulillah they fixed the problem. However, we wished the housekeeping had kept the bed linen and towels clean from Day 1.
