Está muy bien ubicado para recorrer Florencia a pié y rodeado de restaurantes El apartamento bien, pero nada que ver con los de España
La entrada te echa para atrás, sucia , oscura, con una lámpara vieja abandonada en el suelo y huele regular, a humedad, comida....el somier de la cama estaba roto, por lo que notas que te hundes pero pasable. No puedes abrir las ventanas porque dan a un patio interior y huele muchísimo a comida hindú

The location is excellent for exploring Florence on foot. Most of the attractions on the northern side of the Arno River are within easy walking distance, and you only really need to use public transport if you plan to visit places on the southern side, such as Piazzale Michelangelo. Andrew was very helpful, he kindly offered to help us carry our luggage up the stairs, which we really appreciated as we were travelling with my parents, who are both over 60, and there is no elevator in the building.
We were unable to get the oven to work despite trying several times, so clearer instructions would have been helpful. Also, one of the reasons we chose this apartment was because it included a washing machine. However, no laundry detergent or capsules were provided, and we had to visit three different supermarkets before we could find some. It would have been very helpful if this had been mentioned in advance so we could have come prepared.
The air conditioning could also be improved. The unit in the bedroom made a very loud noise almost constantly, making it difficult to sleep. The unit in the living room was quieter, but it occasionally leaked water onto the floor.

Coffee maker and Coffee provided. Quiet. Washing machine. WiFi. Well appointed.
No view, squeaky floor covering. Too many stairs with heavy luggage. Not very welcoming on arrival with unclear entry instructions. Low water pressure.
