La habitación está muy bien equipada con vista al mercado central de florencia, cuenta con una cocina, un mini fridge muy útil para el calor del verano y la cama estuvo muy cómoda. El check in y check out fueron muy sencillos, llegamos a las 10:00 pm por lo que tuvimos que pagar un extra al chico que nos recibió.
El ingreso al edificio es un poco viejo, pero lamentablemente tuve un problema en mi rodilla durante el viaje y al llegar descubrimos que la habitación está ubicada en una tercera planta y las escaleras son bastante angostas y altas.

La posizione è ottima: a due passi dalla stazione Santa Maria Novella, dalla tramvia, dalle principali attrazioni e dai servizi quali locali e supermercati. Sei nella via del mercato (ordinatissimo e silenziosissimo), della pelletteria e di fronte alla vecchia sede del mercato, ora utilizzata da numerosi locali anche per il mangiare etnico. L'appartamento è confortevole e ben arredato con l'indispensabile (lavatrice, ferro da stiro, ...), per un un soggiorno anche prolungato. La pulizia è impeccabile, così come l'accoglienza affidata ad un concierge che consegna le chiavi e fornisce ogni informazione utile.

Great location- right in the middle of the mercato and short walk to the station (which is what we were after). Host gave us an extra single bed for our infant for free.
1. They had one person doing check ins which had to be done in-person and that was delayed hence we were standing on the street waiting in the heat for 30 mins waiting for them to arrive
2. Could hear absolutely everything from the apartment next door (also owned by them i believe)
3. Dreadful stair case to reach the apartment. Was aware that it was on the second floor but wasn’t aware how narrow the stairs & small the steps would be and how difficult it would be to get up/down let alone move all our luggage
4. Asked to check out 10:30 which they agreed to however had cleaner knocking on our door at 10 anyway who couldn’t speak any English telling us to “check out”
