Staff was lovely.
Booking.com says that they have a free shuttle service. I specifically booked them because of that. Turns out they do not have one and I had to pay to shuttle back-and-forth from the airport.

Everything was going well from the beginning to the end. Receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. He explained everything about facility, he made a reservation for a taxi in an early morning, we had a wake up call,
and he made the note for night shift to make us a lunch box before we leave. They have a bar and the restaurant with a tasty food and price in Euros is a very reasonable. It seems they have a little staff shortage but we did not wait long for drinks and food. There are many restaurants located very close to the hotel. Room was clean and pretty good size. The bed was comfy, and I liked their pillows. They provided a slippers - it was a nice addition. If you are staying longer this place is grate and to get to Zagreb it takes about 20 minutes. Drive to the airport was about 8 minutes.

All lights, A/C, the lamp……and other switches are placed on the little panels and are placed really low. Someone with eyeglasses or back problems will have a hard time to read a small icons. You need a little instructions to read and use all of them. The biggest secret is- you need to place and keep your room card in a slot above all switches for lights to work, and take the card out when you leave the room😊

No air conditioning/fan. Limited menu in restaurant for evening meal. No kettle or tea/coffee available in room (supposed to be 4*)
