The location was really convenient, with bus stops and the subway (U-Bahn) close by, making it easy to get around and visit the main attractions. There’s also an Edeka supermarket, convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which was very handy. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and provided clear and helpful instructions throughout our stay.

It felt like staying in a friend's apartment, rather than a sterile hotel. It had all the amenities and cleaning products, very comfortable bed with options for pillows (super soft or more supportive). It felt homely, and was very well maintained.
It was approximately 20" walk to the main station, or a 10" bus just down the road, with two shops within 10" walk. It is in a residential area, so was quiet in the evening but with bars in walking distance.
I'd stay again upon my return to Berlin.
The safety deposit box didn't work, however, there were sufficient spots to hide valuables.

Property is spacious and VERY quiet.
Comfortable to use and very clean.
Free coffee and a bottle of wine was most welcome.
The bathroom is very tiny and cramped. It was clean and everything worked but if a person I’d bigger than average the shower and toilet are virtually unusable.

The garden courtyard is delightful and the welcome bottle of wine appreciated. The heating worked well.
Unfortunately the mattress was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The shower was very small, the whole apartment was very small. The seats in the kitchen area were very uncomfortable and there was no sofa. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work, nor could we find instructions in case we weren’t trying to operate it correctly.
