Clean and safe, great price, friendly staff and nice breakfast. This is the perfect location for anyone wants to visit Amalfi coast on a budget. The apartment is close to a train station and a free public beach, which was sandy (not rocky) and decently clean (no needles or broken glass!). A 20 minute/ 1 mile walk along the coast will take you straight to the water taxi port which is perfect for day trips to Amalfi. If you don't like walking be prepared to pay for taxis
A bit far from the city centre and water taxi port, but this is to be expected for the price.

Some issues with communication and increasing the city tax after arriving by 6€

The accommodation was extremely clean, with quick check in. Although located further from the old town it is close to the free beach, with good bus links
It would be better to have an earlier check in, and the shower ran hot and cold. The air-conditioning also struggled to get cold

Rooms is okay, bathroom lets the room down, but you get what you pay for. Okay location. Google maps makes it seem easy to get to the ferry port, but in reality the busses actually take just as long to walk to the ferry port. Not the property’s fault but bear in mind if you want to be closer to the ferry port or the old town. About a 30-40 minutes away from the old town on a bus.
Supermarket located around the corner made it convenient
Our room was relatively clean. We could see on older previous reviews the shower has had temperature issues and unfortunately they still exist. It can go from freezing cold to scolding hot with no warning. While the owner was friendly and did say to reach out if any problems - we could see this has been an ongoing issue for ages so unlikely to get fixed during our stay. We did also read about the shower mould problems people reported and we didn’t think it could be that bad - again in reality it is quite bad and does need addressing. A renovated bathroom for this room would make it more comfortable and worthwhile to stay
