Good location in up-coming Thai-Russian town

Almost front to beach and the keepers were great!

The beds are hard as rock and russians yelling everywhere

Entspannt und schön

Die Lage ist super, bis zum Strand sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand ist auch eher ruhig. Es gibt keine Liegen und keine Sonnenschirme am Strand, was ich super finde. Und es ist sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem auch beim Ausflügen planen. In dem Zimmer hat man alles, um auch sich selbst zu versorgen und zu kochen. Das Zimmer war sauber und wird jeden Tag durchgeputzt. Es ist eher eine kleinere Ortschaft. An der Straße sind viele Restaurants und auch viele kleine Buden mit Fisch, Fleisch, Schaschlik, und Früchten. Was alles sehr lecker war und auch super vertragen. Es gibt auch Taxis mit den man überall hinkommt und auch Mofas zum mieten. Ich habe mir auch jeden Abend eine Massage gegönnt. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine Elefanten Care Station. Ich war rundum zufrieden und kann es weiterempfehlen.

Good value, clean and handy for the beach.

Nice room a couple of hundreds of metres from the beach. Clean and well kept. Host is friendly and helpful. No food provided but the restaurants along the sea front are good.

The place was a little difficult to find because the ground floor looks more like somebodies front room rather than a hotel.

Superb

The rooms are great, very comfortable. Spacious bathroom. There is an alcove in the room where you can put your suitcases. Plenty of electrical outlets everywhere. The staff is very friendly, they try to help in everything.

Few of the staff speak English. Small window in the room.

Great location close to the beach , nice big room with balcony , lovely clean comfortable bed and towels for the beach etc. Staff were fantastic and very helpful all round

Nothing really but to be really critical it is close to the road and could get busy in peak times, it was quiet when we were there.

Loved the location and cleanliness. The room was very nice with a beautiful view. They picked us up from the airport in a beautiful van.

Superb

The staff (owner family) are so friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms were large and comfortable with a great balcony towards the street. Clean rooms and beach towels included. Very close to the beach.

I don't dislike anything, the only thing you can miss is that there is no safety box and breakfast is not provided at the hotel, but it is offered wall to wall.

Lovely apartments close to Nai Thon beach with excellent value for money. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen-studio with everything you need for a long stay. There was a balcony where you could have a cup of morning coffee. Mr.Chusak Cheasakul (hotel owner) is a very pleasant, attentive person, responsive to all requests of the guests. He does everything to make his guests feel comfortable. Within walking distance from the hotel were a restaurant of European and Thai cuisine and several shops with various drinks and snacks. Happy to stay at Mr.Chusak Cheasakul next year.

nice stay right at the beach

I had a short but lovely stay at Naithon Beach Residence. The place is lovely, big and comfortable. The apartment is right at the beach and has a huge balcony to enjoy the sun and the sound of the ocean. The shower was great and the A/C was working perfectly. To top it off, the host is wonderful, very friendly and supportive with everything :)

We want to come again !

The location of our apartment was absolutely perfect. Just a few meters from the beach. The apartment was cleaned every day and the towels were also changed daily. The terrace was also very nice. The hosts picked us up from the airport and brought us back to our flight home at the end of our holiday. We were also treated to a genuine Thai breakfast followed by a Phuket sightseeing tour. Overall it was more than we expected.

The best flat in Naithon Beach

The best flat on the Beach, With the nicest and biggest balcony in the Whole Place. 2 minute walk to the lovely Beach. Hosts are very helpful and welcoming. we wil definitely be back to this flat later.

Everything fine, if any problem hosts will sort it out immindiately, we are sure.
