My honest review

The location was perfect and close to everything.

It was strange that the apartment stated that there were 2 flat screen and cable channels . We could not even watch normal Tv. I recommend that it would have been nice to have a smart TV in such apartment. The internet did not work till the evening of our third night. We had to contact customer care many times before it started working. Also, some door handles and shower were absent in a bathroom. A toilet was not functioning.

Very shabby, requires mainteinance.

The location was good, the actual mattresses were comfy (not always a given), the Internet was fast and reliable. That's about all the positives.

The apartment is very shabby and unmaintained: - one of the bedrooms has a heater that can't be turned down. This is a big problem that can be fixed with a 5 EUR regulator, but wasn't - the check-in was late because the cleaning went over time, but the apartment was still dirty, it requires a long and thorough cleaning session by more than one person - two of the bathrooms have broken, unusable showers. Since the shower stalls have dried out, those two bathrooms smell terribly (pouring a few buckets of water down the drains helps a bit, but they still smelled). - the hot water kettle is tiny, for an 8-person group this was very annoying - the ground floor bedroom only had one set of black-out curtains and two windows. This wouldn't be a problem if the external blinds were working, but they were both stuck and couldn't be lowered - the top floor bedrooms are creaking and booming whenever anyone's walking around - the apartment has an oven but no glassware for baking anything in the said oven - we've been provided with 3 bottles of wine (we don't drink alcohol) but no dishwasher capsules - the amount of toilet paper we've been provided is symbolic - only one towel per person - I have the impression of talking to ChatGPT when writing to the property manager

Good value for money, it suited our needs and would recommend this property.

Good location, easily walkable to the main areas of the city. Great number of bathrooms for a mixed group of people.

Can be noisy outside with the windows open, air-conditioning would have been nice.

Bolo to z veľkej časti špinavé. 1,5 kupelne bolo použiteľné, pretože ostatne 2,5 boli nefunkčné a tých pol myslim tak že jedna bola funkčná ale nemala dvere ako sa zavrieť.
