案外　穴場です。わたしは、Frankstonにいく時は必ず泊まります。いつもの部屋は、騒音なし　でも鳥の鳴き声が聞こえます。

スタッフの人が、みんな覚えていてくれて　笑顔で感じが良かった。ホテルから空港バスまで送っていただきました。お断りしましたが、大丈夫とのことでした。土日で　まだ掃除ができていないときは、上のレストラン待っていたら、3-4回カフェラテを無料でいただきました。 12時から料金が発生するのですが、荷物を6時まで預かっていただきました

お掃除の人が　2人いて　1人の人は　はきはきしてて私の部屋の忘れ物まで届けてくれました。とても感じが良く　いろいろ質問しても嫌な顔をせず答えてくれた。もう1人は、掃除のため　長く待ちました。とくに土日曜日は　待たされました。はきはきした人は私が　あしたも泊まるのを知っててか　すぐ私の部屋の掃除をしてくれました。はきはきした人は、機転が利いていると思います。プラスアルファの方です。もう1人の人は、普通の人だという感想です。　お掃除は、しっかりしていました。

staff were very unpleasant and un inviting, no lift so carrying 20kgs of bags up and down is difficult. noise outside the room was horrendous. not value for money at all. wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Great location!

Loved this hip little joint connected to the pub and located very close to the beach and shopping, food and other attractions in the area - all withing walking distance. The free beer win the room as a bonus!

location

Arrived about 6.30pm and the reception was shut up, had to go to the pub and ended up dealing with a obnoxious bar worker who couldn’t be bothered. Customer service non existent!

It was such a peaceful place to stay, with great staff and location.

I really enjoyed being there. The Staff were very helpful and very great people. Look forward to staying there again, if I need to stay in that area again.

I don't think there was anything that I didn't like.

Very pleased with that place, staff were very friendly. The idea of a good food place upstairs and nice beers kicked a goal for me!

very comfortable & nice layout

there was a knocking sound in my room all night every 15 mnts or so . Big wind & rain maybe the cause but it was definitely a wooden knocking sound like somebody was knocking next door on a wall but sound moved all around room which was strange I thought .
