Staff were super friendly. Place was clean. Bedrooms had really nice lighting. They let us keep our bags at the desk after checkout all day while we were in the city before we caught a bus.

great staff, they went above and beyond my expectations, very helpful. this place is in center of town with many restaurants to choose from and transportation nearby.
the only issue was that the kitchen is open and there's always going to have little bugs flying around.

One of the best locations you will find, especially for the money. It is close to the party spots and located right on the main street, while still close to the Metro, large shopping centers etc. Even though centrally located, the rooms are very quiet (if no other guests are being loud) as there are no windows to the outside in the rooms themselves, so you can sleep in peace.
The check in process took longer than usual, and the hostel entrance can be a bit tough to spot from the outside.
It can get a bit hot in the room as there is only a fan and no ventilation (except for a little window leading to the hall which needs to stay open to let air through). Still bearable though

Me gustó la ubicación, está cerca del parque El Poblado y la zona es bonita.
No me gustó que la publicidad es engañosa, en el título decía “Hotel” pero al llegar nos dimos cuenta que es Hostel, lo que cambia drásticamente lo que estábamos buscando. También no me gustó que las imágenes engañaron, ya que muestran baños y cuartos muy bonitos, pero nos dieron el cuarto sin baño propio, y tuvimos que compartir baños en mal estado.
