The flat was conveniently located, just a 10 minute walk from Bath town centre. The living room was spacious and incorporated a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and kettle, together with crockery and cutlery. There was complimentary tea and coffee, as well as bottles of milk provided in the refrigerator. One of the exceptional things about the flat was the self-serve breakfast basket that the hosts provided. This included items such as croissants, crumpets, bread, eggs, cereal and fruit, and saved me either bringing or buying breakfast food. The living room had comfortable sofas and chairs, a dining table and a large flat screen television. One of the sofas was also a sofa bed. However, I slept in the double bedroom which had a very comfortable bed. This room also had a large wardrobe to hang my clothes. The ensuite bathroom had an excellent shower, with towels and toiletries provided.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Lovely and clean and safe area
Distance to walk from the center all up hill and hard to do with Elderly mum and suitcases. It’s further than stated so I would get an uber from the station

It has a good location
Unfortunately, on our last day there, we discovered bedbugs. The owner said she would issue a refund right away but two weeks later and I still haven’t received anything on my message. She only answered after I asked again the first time she left me on read. Her answer was that she forwarded my complaint to booking.com which was weird because she told me two weeks before that she issues the refund right away. She said that we were withholding the keys, which is simply untrue. My husband and I didn’t have another option than staying in that property because we didn’t have the funds to a hotel room or another property for our last night. Also, since we already stayed in their property for four days we would’ve risk to bring the bedbugs somewhere else. When I asked about the process of the refund, she also told me that she hired a person to come check out if there are any bedbugs she said they weren’t any found, but I had clear evidence and photos and videos that I sent to her with timestamps and location mark. The property was not the cleanest to be honest. She said it was deep cleaned before but honestly, there were a lot of dust behind the TV and the whole property didn’t seem very clean.
