We were very happy with the excellent service, the location and excellent restuarant. Staff were always friendly and helpful with anything you need.
There is really nothing we don't like as for us everething were perfect.

The room was big, neat and comfortable. The first day hot breakfast options were not great. However, the second day was much better. Pastries and light options are consistent and excellent.
The noise from ongoing construction in and around the hotel was very annoying. Lift only goes to 11th floor, we stayed on 12. We could not sit in the balcony on 2nd night as water was running through from the other balconies. The staff could be a bit friendlier and more engaging. They don't acknowledge you unless you engage them first. Less time talking to each other and a bit more effort in smiling at the guests.
