Facilities are great Cleanliness Exceptional Comfort. Very Good Value for money Location Excellent

Owner should provide 1 litter Schemed Milk Pouch. There is a large kitchen, but property doesnot even provide Milk Powder for Making Tea or coffee. If I would have been the owner, I would have provided Assorted Fruits, 1 litter Schemed Milk, Juice Bottles and most importantly News Papers

Awesome Home Stay | Money's worth

Spacious & beautifully decorated Penthouse at 10th floor. Magnificent view of Rankala Lake. Two parking slots available. 1.7 km from Mahalakshmi Temple. Plenty of eatery options available at the outlets below. In the evening you can go for a walk at lakeside track. If you like Homestay then this the place you should definitely definitely try

i am 6ft plus, so in one of the washroom of bedrooms the shower was not at a very comfortable height

Overall I was very disappointed with the hygiene and cleanliness level

Location and views of the property were excellent. Size of rooms were very good.

Below standard cleanliness, there was a swarm of honeybees next to the bedroom inside the property when we woke up.

The caretakers do not help you bring the luggage to the rooms. Dont know why he called himself one. I had my mum and mother in law with me who are around 65 and still they didnt offer to help

Excellent and really worth the money!

The location and the views are indeed the highlights. The property is very spacious and tastefully furnished - like how one would for one's own home. The facilities are top-notch. The property has plenty of dining options downstairs and also across the road (where you get good street food).

The A/C was acting weird in the master bedroom. Nothing to complain otherwise.

The location of the apartment is fab and the apartment itself is a fantastic place to stay in. Great upkeep & thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. My spouse & parents loved the place & had a great time in the 1 night that we spent there.

Good stay... but needs improvement

1. Location is good 2. Parking 3. Interiors are well done.

1. Linens. The brown blankets looks cheap. I think they were are not washed too. And its not going with the ambience. 2. Cleaning has to be improved . Rooms are very dusty. Washrooms are not cleaned properly. 3. No menu cards to order meals.
