Just the location
Run down hotel. Had stayed her about 9 years ago when it had just opened, was amazing at the time
This hotel has so much potential, but no one seems to care, or they are waiting to get acquired
No proper cleanliness
No dedicated restaurant
Food at the mall restaurant is below average
Staff is largely untrained

Location and Cleanliness!!!!….
No bellboy, no one at the gym for monitoring and no water or towels at the gym…Completely abandoned which is very risky!!!…Also, they feel very understaffed with no assistance for luggage

Hotel is in prime location and breakfast buffet options were good
Bathroom wasnt that great/clean. Bed wasnt so comfortable.
