I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for approximately 7 days. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and nicely organized. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I had no issues during my stay.
A special thanks to Omika at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help whenever we needed anything. She was very welcoming and made our stay even more comfortable.
I would also like to thank Sorab from the restaurant. He was extremely friendly and attentive, and always made an effort to help us find meals that suited our preferences. We truly appreciated his hospitality and excellent service.
The location was also a major advantage for us, as the hotel is just a few steps away from KIMS Hospital, which made everything much more convenient during our stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great service, a convenient location, and friendly staff. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Helpful staff, the gent at Batlee (apologies I missed his name tag) bar was very attentive on night of 20/8 and 21/8 remebered my face, room number and drink and very helpful. Pandey was also very helpful with the luggage and cars

At reception, Rutik was polite and helpful. Manager was very good. Provided us room upgrade. The person at door was polite and helping. Breakfast was good.
They should keep some cheeses during breakfast. Otherwise food is very good.
