Decent spread, friendly staff and a nice area to have breakfast. The staff were cooperative in getting the fresh orders also made along with the buffett.
The 25% discount mentioned for food and beverages had to be requested in billing. There was some confusion between the food service staff and reception but it was sorted out quickly and amicably by all.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for approximately 7 days. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and nicely organized. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I had no issues during my stay.
A special thanks to Omika at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help whenever we needed anything. She was very welcoming and made our stay even more comfortable.
I would also like to thank Sorab from the restaurant. He was extremely friendly and attentive, and always made an effort to help us find meals that suited our preferences. We truly appreciated his hospitality and excellent service.
The location was also a major advantage for us, as the hotel is just a few steps away from KIMS Hospital, which made everything much more convenient during our stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great service, a convenient location, and friendly staff. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
