The room ambience, comfortability
The staff was not very welcoming or hospitable. One of the staff members had a rather unfriendly attitude and the way he looked at us made us feel as though we were staying there without paying.
During checkout the next morning, another receptionist asked us to wait for a few minutes while he went to inspect the room. I understand that checking the room after checkout may be part of their procedure, but the way it was handled made us feel uncomfortable, as though we were being suspected of taking something from the room.
Overall, the experience could have been much better. A little more warmth, trust, and professionalism from the staff would have made a big difference.
