Great location, peaceful yet near the market place. Parking was available. Food was excellent especially paneer65 and coffee. Breakfast buffet was also nice.
Seemed to be short of staff, especially the guards for parking और otherwise for service but those on duty were doing it dilligently

Disappointing food, disrespectful staff
My company booked my stay on short notice via Booking.com. Upon arrival, the hotel claimed Booking.com failed to pass along my details. The next day, after I left for work, they changed my room without my proper knowledge or coordination.
The real disaster happened when I returned. My key card still worked on my previous room, and when I opened the door, a stranger was inside. This is a massive security risk and completely unacceptable.
When I brought this up, the front desk was entirely dismissive at first, insisting they "informed me." They then changed their story, claiming they called but couldn't reach me. I was trying to coordinate with my office to handle the checkout details properly, but the hotel staff rushed the process and promised me an immediate room instead. Between the blatant safety violation and the staff’s refusal to take responsibility, I will never use Booking.com or stay at this hotel again.
The breakfast platter was mediocre, but the staff’s attitude was the real problem. They ignored basic requests like plates, glass for water after being asked multiple times and showed an obvious bias, giving attention only to families and larger groups while ignoring solo female guests. 1 poor girl ate in small plate after giving up.
After being treated like an afterthought, I refused to go back next day. I even tried giving the cafe a chance by placing an order, but after waiting an hour with no response to my calls, I had to leave and eat elsewhere. Terrible management and completely dismissive service.
