Very satisfied with the overall stay.

Dinner was Average. Breakfast was very good. Staff were polite and courteous.

A pleasant stay near the waterfalls!

The location is perfect. It's very close to Shivsamudhara Waterfalls.. just about 5 mins of drive. The staff were very courteous and helpful. There was no delay in food service from them. And talking of food, it was good and decently priced.

The bathroom had some smell which was constantly there.. maybe because of ventilation as the window was not open. It's a minor issue and I'm sure the hotel will take care of that.

Rat & cockroaches in room. Running on limited staff, Restaurant takes too much time to take your order. Food is not so good.

Stay- rated 0 Poor maintenance of room, during the hole stay strugged a lot with AC. AC was not properly maintained. Dancing Fan- Fan danced during the whole stay with noise which made the stay worse. Poor room maintenance- Dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. No maintenance at all. Frequent Power cuts, had to follow up a lot with the service people. TV - not working, upon asking they recharged but few channels only. The people out there are friendly but will not be able to resolve such issues.

Gateway to a weekend getaway at Shivanasamudra

Extremely cooperative and friendly staff..amenities in the room were great..accommodated our requests. The location was great overlooking the valley and in the distant the river.

Food menu options could be improved. Had to put in request for few of the toiletries in the bathroom separately since they were not provided.

Location is excellent. Food was also good. It's near by to sivanasamudra barachukki falls and in walkable distance. Calm and quiet place for a break from daily city life.

Breakfast option was limited. They didn't even have boiled eggs or bread butter. Flush wasn't working properly

It was a great experience. Loved everything about the trip. Would like to visit again and recommend it to more and more people

Beautiful location. Food is value for money. Rooms can be better.

The staff was very friendly. Girish needs a call out, he is a lovely guy. The manager was also very customer friendly. He got local fish for us and cooked it for lunch and dinner. The location too was quite amazing. You will hear the sound of the river flowing and you will see the hills through your window. On the whole, like all Mayura properties the location is great. Food is fresh, served hot and quite cheap. Plus, they even customize. If i have to come to shivasamudra once again i will choose this place.

The deluxe room wasn't great. Needs maintenance. Blanket was not too clean. Jet spray in the bathroom was broken. We moved to the executive room. That was a lot better.

Almost perfect but without wifi

An ideal place to stay if you want to relax in a tranquil place in the countryside. The room is huge and very clean.

Unfortunately there was no internet in the entire premises. The wifi at the reception desk did not work.
