Great property, friendly staff, great ayurveda center, direct access to the beach (not recommended for swimming or any activity, so close to the shipping channels, deep see) multiple swimming pools, very neat and clean. Nice layout ensuring privacy of each cottage/rooms.
The beach has great view but not suitable for swimming is a let down- not a problem that can be attributed to the property

Facilities were good. There were activities like pottery and pool etc. Food was good. Staff were courteous.
Due to their day package, there was an exceptional crowd. The second pool was under maintenance and so the pool wasn't sufficient for the crowd. There should be a demarcation regarding the facility for day package and overnight stay as pool is open only 7 am to 7 pm and the package is also the same timings.
For the price paid, the facilities didn't seem enough..
Pottery there was a crowd and we didn't get a chance to do it.
Sea access was a public beach and no privacy as such.
Or if there was, no transport to and from the property to the beach.
We stayed in the rooms near reception. To go to the beach, we had to take a lift that could hardly take 4 people each time and that was exhausting.

Sea facing so good
It is a good property, but not value for money as it is expensive for what it offers. The difference between this & a bit more upscale hotel is not much.
There were hardly any food choices but that may be partly due to the LPG crisis. Breakfast was mediocre
