A treasure within the heart of one of the world’s greatest cities!

We loved this apartment! It felt like staying in a charming French apartment right in the heart of Morocco. It was comfortable, welcoming and a great place to come back to after a day in Casablanca. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked another stay. I think that says it all!

Старинная квартира в центре

Отличная локация, 2 супермаркета напротив (один большой, другой поменьше), все достопримечательности в пешей доступности (кроме пляжной зоны, туда ездили на такси). Район, в целом, достаточно грязный и обшарпанный, но видны остатки былой роскоши (фасады красивые, но не ухоженные), аутентично. Если сравнивать со старой мединой, то намного лучше, если сравнивать с Maarif, то хуже. Квартира большая, просторная, чистая, Очень красивая лестница (ар деко). Нам разрешили оставить вещи в квартире раньше, чем check-in, чтобы погулять по городу налегке - за что мы очень благодарны хозяйке.

В бытовом плане квартира уже на износе (в душевой на маму упала палка с занавеской, не все розетки работают), в спальне нет пульта от кондиционера - пытались связаться с хозяйкой, но она ответила только на следующий день, что нужно использовать пульт из другой комнаты (пришлось спать в духоте). В доме внизу бар, в субботу вечером там играет громкая музыка до поздней ночи. Лестница очень крутая. На кухне за раковиной живут муравьи, оставлять свежие фрукты рядом с раковиной не рекомендуется (муравьи любят фрукты, как выяснилось).

Clean and big.

AC is smelly so badly we couldn’t even use it in one of the rooms. Balcony full of bird poo. One room had an old leak and it hasn’t been redecorated and looks ugly.
