Great location, very comfortable and great value for money. The room is air conditioned and the building has a lift, both great assets for our trip.
Host was in hospital so checking in and communication was initially tricky, breakfast was very basic

Very cute B&B very close to the centre of Pompei with great access to the ruins but also some near by restaurants
Nothing we didn’t like, needs some updated facilities such as fridge and shower

Great location. Easy walk to the ruins. Large, light filled room with balcony over the street.
Check in: numerous messages from host re our expected arrival time, all of which we responded to. Advised to notify him when we were at the door which we did. Multiple messages to let him know we were there but waited at door 15 minutes before being told keys were at cafe next door. Unfriendly reception at Cafe when requesting keys. Room booked with breakfast. Messaged host at 8.10am asking about breakfast, reply was "I am at the hospital you can get breakfast at the Cafe next door". The next door Cafe only served pastries and drinks which we felt was unsatisfactory. This was repeated the following morning and on the third morning nothing from the host regarding our breakfast which had been booked and paid for. I wish had read the reviews more thoroughly as the owner's absence and lack of breakfast despite being booked seems to be a frequent occurrence.
Other issues are a poorly maintained apartment: fridge would not chill, sheets rough and pilled, shower does not drain, bathroom basin leaks onto floor below.
