Location
My room having a step to go to the bathroom. Old man that night waiting on us kind of rude because we were stuck in traffic and get late then he try to correct the receptionist for something about the room cards but not professional and do it in front of the group to try to impress to everybody see who is the boss or something like that.

Central to the entirety of Samana! Very Quaint and you could find anything from that location. Super Clean, professional and attentive 🥰
Hard to say. You typically only know if there are problems and how they solve them.

Its Location , property was neat and clean , the receptionist manning the desk in the morning spoke good English. Has its own restaurant.
BREAKFAST Arrangement was extremely DISSAPOINTNING .
The bathroom shower area was not sufficiently enclosed because of which the water while showering spread all across the toilet area. No bathroom mat was provided to clean up the wet area . Making it all Messy and dirty
