Maroochy River Bungalows

Location was great. The bungalows were clean, well set up and comfortable. The property was well tended, neat and tidy and the staff very pleasant.

Checking in was not a good experience having arrived 5 minutes past their deadline for check-in at the premises. They have no staff available after 4 p.m. and if you were not able to check-in online you are basically locked out. If they are so adamant re. checking in online there should be very obvious warnings given to say you will not be able to stay if you haven’t done the online checkin - not a good experience for overseas visitors who did not have wifi availability that day. The one thing in our great bungalow that needed attention was the bathroom door - the door wouldn’t shut as it was swollen and warped and looked dirty. Please replace the door.

Great location with the riverfront bungalow. Lovely spot overlooking the water (would be great for fishing if there for leisure). The bungalow was well equipped with the kitchenette.

One bedroom, but it is more like a studio as there is no door to separate the bedroom from the living area

Cost of stay was great. Great spot for kids to fish. Bed was comfy. Small but had what we needed. Was clean inside.

No laundry on site was a pain. Bungalows are old, but for the price you pay i can’t complain.

Great location and nice and quiet

The room was shabby and I felt didn’t match the pictures advertised. Tap in bathroom fell off, just a bit shabby in general.
