Alles! Der Vermieter Luca war super nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir waren bereits vor unserer Ankunft über WhatsApp in Kontakt mit ihm. Er hat sehr schnell auf alles geantwortet, war flexibel und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war außerdem sehr schön gelegen. Sie liegt mitten in dem schönen Ortskern. Man ist umgeben von Läden, Restaurants und tollem Ambiente! Auch der Fähranleger und eine Bushaltestelle sind nur 1-2 Minuten entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage, hört man in der Wohnung wegen sehr gut gedämmter Fenster nichts von draußen, sodass man in Ruhe schlafen kann. Auch die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, zwar klein aber reicht völlig aus. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub am Gardasee. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem! Es hat uns insgesamt super gefallen, wobei die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters besonders hervorzuheben ist!
Es fehlten Haken für Handtücher, was aber kein großes Problem war.

Excellent location right in the middle of desenzano, but still very quiet inside the apartment. Everything was brand new this year, very clean, large comfortable bed, with effective air conditioning. Very secure, even a place downstairs to lock up bikes.

Beautifully kept and well presented property. All facilities available. The best place we’ve stay in all our travels. Luca is a fantastic host who will help with information, hints and tips.
Would have preferred the tv room to be on the ground floor instead of top floor

Ideal location literally surrounded by restaurants, retail shops, close to a local grocery store and a 2-minute walk to the ferry station. Could not have asked for a better location. Also, the apartment seems like it was just recently upgraded which was simply awesome!
