This beautifully appointed, new apartment is located in the village of Muo, a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the World Heritage listed, medieval, walled town of Kotor with its variety of cafes, restaurants, museums and shops. The property has 2 balconies overlooking the bay, air conditioning, satellite TV, fully integrated kitchen with top of the range appliances including a dishwasher a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes plus an allocated space in the private car park. A utility room houses the washing machine. The apartment is ideal for lazy days relaxing by the pool ( open May to October) or as a base for an activity packed holiday. The village of Muo lies on the Bay of Kotor overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor. The town combines old with new with cathedrals dating back to the 12th century next to modern boutiques. The marina is situated at the entrance to Kotor which is dominated by the Fort built high above the town. Climb to the top and you will be rewarded with magnificent views of the fjord and beyond.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Sitting out on the patio looking across the bay at Kotor was awesome. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare a few meals when we were tired from touring around. Host made everything easy.

We have enjoyed our stay. the apartment is very nice, well maintained, clean and tasteful. We had a great view of the lake from the balcony. We were happy about the deckchairs, which we could relax in after our hikes.

We walked into town in about 15/20 minutes each night.
A swim in the sea is only a few mins walk away.
Pool was also good to cool down in.
Annie the host was & is exceptional.
Nothing was any trouble.She has a mine of information on Kotor & beyond.We got some great tips/advice on our trip from Annie.

The Apartment is in a lovely, quiet spot, perfect for relaxing and enjoying its stunning views over the bay to Kotor Old Town. The host was very helpful from start to finish with great communication, including helping with the transfer from Tivat Airport. The 20-minute walk into Kotor was easy to access all of the activities, with a brilliant bakery at the half way point.

The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and the view was amazing! It was a good walk into town but it was not difficult. It was easily accomplished in under 15 minutes. We had a car and designated parking was a great help as we did a lot of exploring to adjacent areas. If you walk into town try the BBQ place by the bus stop. Huge portions with great prices and very good

Exceptional communication with Annie (owner) over the past 2 years. We had had to rearrange twice due to covid , but this seemed no problem with Annie who totally understood.
Well equipped apartment , with everything you need, with quality household items.
Amazing view.
Thanks for everything Annie, including tips for days out and arranging a cheaper taxi, than using the airport taxis.

Loved our stay in Muo, fab views from the balcony mountains, sea, cruise ships and starry nights. Apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Amenities within walking distance and some great places to eat. Highly recommend Marendas steak restaurant. Fantastic bay to walk around through Dobrota and beyond. Don’t miss out on the speed boat ride to the blue cave, we were fortunate to see a dolphin pod and a marlin leaping en route, great day. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful apartment in perfect location in a really nice holiday town. The views were spectacular, the pool was spot on, the facilities perfect and everything was spotlessly clean. Dealing with Annie was a pleasure and the whole booking/arrival process was perfect. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation.
From booking to arriving at the accommodation communication was excellent, emails were replied to very quickly. On arrival the apartment was spotless, very well equipped and comfortable. Location is excellent with fantastic views across the bay. Swimming pool had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Very quiet location.

Very enjoyable holiday
Lovely quiet appartment in good location. It had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. To go further affield we relied on the local buses that passed at the bottom of the hill which you just flagged down which was brilliant. The view from the balcony is beautiful as is Kotor old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Annie our host was so helpful with all the information she provided and was so organised that it relieved any anxieties.

Unbeatable Views of Kotor
The overall location was ideal for us - great views and close enough to walk to Kotor, but far enough away from the tourist crowds. We didn't have a car, but taxis are inexpensive and the walk into town is fine during the day - we wouldn't attempt it after dark as there are no sidewalks for part of the journey.
The apartment is of a good size and well equipped for preparing meals on-site. All appliances worked well, including the wifi.
Owner was quick to respond to our questions and offer recommendations on things to see and do.

Excellent property, good facilities and location. Annie was very helpful and informative. Slight issue not being able to use the wifi and it would be helpful to mention the air con is only in the living room. Highly recommended though.

Beautiful stay overlooking Kotor Bay
Annie was the perfect host giving us lots of information before our stay. The apartment has everything you could wish for and the view is amazing! A leisurely walk takes you into the old town of Kotor, but beware there aren’t any pavements in some spots. You pass a brilliant bakery and the Idea supermarket has all the basics you would need for self catering. Very reasonably priced wine and beer! The old town in Kotor can get busy but Muo Vista is a tranquil oasis to retreat after a busy day, or just stay there and watch the world go by.

Perfect place to stay in Kotor
We had a wonderful two weeks in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had the newest of appliances and facilities. We spent many a morning and evening relaxing on the balcony and had spectacular views of the firework festivals and ships. The pool was an added bonus and we enjoyed this facility in the 36 degree heat, if you don't like swimming in the sea! The position of the apartment meant that we could walk to the old town within twenty minutes and visit the local restaurant and bars with ease. We ate and drank well and everything was good value for money. The boutique shops were excellent if you like browsing. We would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay. Annie was very helpful and everyone staying in that particular complex were kind, helpful and respectful. The days out we chose to do were also exciting (with some hairy bus rides!) Don't expect wild, raucous nightlife - this was a romantic, quiet, relaxing break, perfectly suited to our needs. We definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.

Excellent accommodation
Over the past 7 years we have stayed at the Kotor Muo Apartments. We have stayed in the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments all have been excellent. The pool area is clean with plenty of sun beds. Annie’s apartment is well equipped and extremely comfortable. Being on the first floor you have fabulous views over the bay and perfect for sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sun go down. The apartments are a great location only a mile from Kotor old town with its array of restaurants. Annie is a great host and replies to emails very quickly. Would definitely book again.

Rooms with a view
We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and it was everything we wanted it to be. It is a beautiful well equipped apartment with spectacular views over the Bay of Kotor and within walking distance of Kotor old town. Prior to our stay we had excellent advice from the owner Annie who went out of her way to ensure we had the best possible holiday experience. We would highly recommend.

Relaxing and scenic
Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment, with lovely views across to the old town of Kotor. Walkable in 20mins although part of the walk is on a narrow road with no pavement and there is a short steep walk to reach the apartment.
Annie was the perfect host answering any queries quickly and providing lots of info and even some basic provisions prior to arriving.
Slightly noisy the 1st couple of days due to a triathlon event with evening entertainment in Kotor. Amazing how the sound carries across the water, but no fault of the host.
Interesting sitting watching the cruise liners come and go and there is a lovely pool to have a dip on the warmer days with plenty of loungers.
Overall a very relaxing stay with plenty to keep you occupied nearby.

Outstanding location and views - perfect for a couple.
The apartment is well equipped and feels like you are staying in someone’s home rather than a bare bones apartment for travellers. There is a brand new bathroom which was lovely. The view is exceptional 24 hours a day. It’s set back from the road just far enough so traffic is not annoying and at night it is so quiet you get a great sleep.
Being an end apartment you have windows on three sides which gives great ventilation and lighting. It is a small unit complex which we liked.
If you do not have a car, you must walk up a hilly and narrow driveway and then up one flight of stairs - only mention this for folks who may have mobility issues. But taxis will drive you right to the door!
The only improvement we suggest is an upgrade to the sofas - there are two two seaters, both pull out beds. Our son was travelling with us and neither was suitable for an adult to sleep on. We combined the two thin single mattresses to make a more comfortable bed on the floor and we were fine. But an upgrade would be a terrific improvement!
Overall we loved staying here - clean, convenient, quiet and stunningly beautiful views.

Highly recommend this property - well equipped with a gated parking area and designated space. Annie, the owner, sent us ample information and directions for the trip from Dubrovnik and her tips for things to do and where to go were excellent and really helpful.

Stayed at the apartment for one week,from booking to arriving,Annie the owner kept in touch,giving us lot's of information about the apartment and the area.We don't usually visit the same place twice,but would definitely return to this apartment.
It was a 15 minute walk into Kotor old town,where you will find lovely restaurants in a wonderful setting and after a nice meal a stroll back to the apartment,to sit on the balcony with a drink taking in the wonderful night time views of the bay.
We could not fault any part of the holiday at all and would like to say a big thank's to the owners.

Wonderful stay at this apartment
We are a family of two adults and two kids (10 and 12). This apartment was perfect for us with all the comforts of home, in the most incredible setting. The view from the balcony is even more stunning in real life than in the photos!
The apartment was clean and well looked after, and the owner was very helpful. The pool was lovely, and though not large was big enough for the kids to enjoy, and even in peak season there were times of the day when it was almost empty - never a problem getting a sunbed. There is a shop and restaurant a 10 minute walk away, and we didn't need a car (we took buses and taxis from Dubrovnik airport).
Kotor is an incredible destination. You can watch cruise ships and luxury yachts arriving in the morning from the balcony as you have breakfast. The walk of about 15-20 minutes to the Old Town was not a problem, and the views from the Muo side of the bay (where the apartment is) are more stunning than the views of the bay from the Old Town.
We would recommend this apartment for a couple or a family, and Kotor is a stunning destination. A speedboat trip to the Blue Grotto was a highlight, and lazy afternoons/evenings wandering around the Old Town with great bars and restaurants were great.

The most wonderful views!
The host was very kind and helpful. We got all the information we needed. The appartment was nice, clean and well equipped. The area was quiet and it was no problem getting chairs by the pool even though it was high season. The only thing that wasn't that great was the wi-fi connection. It was two weak for my two teenagers.
To summarize we had a fantastic holiday and would love to come back!

Beautiful views
Great apartment with ample space for two adults and two young boys. What was nice was that the sofas converted to two beds so no sharing! Lovely fluffy towels, ample kitchen set up and nice quiet pool with loungers. Great directions and access information. Situated in Muo which is either a cheap short cab ride or 20 min walk into old Kotor town with great restaurants and nightly entertainment. Only negative is shared communal WiFi so difficult to connect and send messages which is needed when it's £1.50 a min to receive a call in Montenegro much to my peril.

Kotor apartment. Amazing views, home from home.
First visit to Kotor Montenegro. From our first enquiry Annie was more than helpful to us. Sending information about the apartment, directions with both map and photographs. Also advice on the best places to eat and sights to see. Even the best supermarket in the area. The apartment had a designated parking space which was really useful.
We arrived to find a beautiful apartment with everything you needed. Spacious living area, kitchen dining area with fully equipped kitchen should you wish to cater for yourself, which we did on a few occasions. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage for clothes in huge built in wardrobes. Bathroom spacious with shower cubicle. Two large windows giving ample light. Washing machine if required.
Our favourite feature was the balcony overlooking the bay with breathtakingly spectacular views, no exaggeration! Especially at night when the town walls are illuminated which is so beautiful and would recommend a walk up the steep hill to see more views of this gem of a place. 3 euro charge to climb, take water or you can buy it enroute from locals along the way.
We had breakfast each morning on the balcony watching the cruise ships arriving and leaving daily. This brought many to the old town. We made use of a hire car to visit neighbouring villages, Perest, Buva Ricardo and a longer journey to Dubrovnik which was well worth the 2 hours drive.
Local restaurants were good value and food good. Ladovina can be recommended for a meal in the outside area. Fish dishes are wonderful. Cafe relax is just that to sample more of a local feel, people really friendly and welcoming. May isn't the busiest time for tourists and the weather is a comfortable 22 /27 degrees which we prefer. The old town is a 20 minute walk and has plenty of restaurants in the square that cater for all tastes live music that adds something special. Taxi back 3 euros. Would recommend Kotor and Annie's apartment. Will return.
