The Galaxy Pods were located in a nice area by Chinatown. The pods were clean and comfy, and the staff were especially helpful with any of my concerns. There were two MRT stations close by, Chinatown is literally just 5 minutes walk, and it was also close to Maxwell for some hawker's food.
It would have been nice if there were more seating areas for one to just sit by and relax or if they needed somewhere to unpack their stuff or re-organize after some shopping in Chinatown. But otherwise, I would still say it is a nice place to stay at.

The location is near the train station. Staff are approachable and accommodating. Looks secure because there were a lot of visible cctv cameras.
The beds were not entirely clean.

It was in a good area.
Unfortunately the actual hotel does not look anything like the advertised pictures. The hotel was not colourful or sparkly as advertised, it was incredibly dull, all blue and white. It was very dirty and old, it definitely needs updating, deep cleaning and decorating. Staff were very nice however. The toilets and showers were not clean or well presented, they were very grubby and dirty, there were hairs everywhere. Did not sleep well, the mattress was incredibly thin. It looked so great online when we booked but it was incredibly disappointing. Sadly i wouldn't come here again.
