Correct pour notre nuit d'arrivée.

Accueil très gentil le soir par le personnel du restaurant qui nous a cuisiné un dîner malgré notre arrivée tardive. Jolie terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre très propre. Proximité de l'aéroport.

Odeur d'égout prégnante sur une grande partie de la terrasse. Ensemble plus vieillot que ce que les photos ne laissaient penser.

Top Lage. Angemessene Preise.

Das Bad hat massiv gestunken. Irgend etwas mit dem Abfluss war mächtig im Argen. Das Frühstück war Recht eintönig. Zimmer und Einrichtung sind mächtig in die Jahre.gekommen.

Es war Ok aber jeden Morgen der Tolle Ausblick beim Frühstück das einfach traumhaft

Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse zum Frühstück ist super

Das Bad müsste renoviert werden. Es war dort drin sehr muffig. Der Fernseher hat die Größe eine Computerbildschirm, ich war aber nicht zum Fernsehen auf Madeira. An einem Tag war das Essen im Restaurant unmöglich. Thunfisch tot gebraten , in den angepriesenen frischen Meeresfrüchten war massenhaft Surimi drin usw. Nach einer Bewertung die wir zum ausfüllen bekamen, haben wir 2 Tage später ein 2 Gangmenü mit Getränken auf kosten des Hauses bekommen . Das war das absolute Gegenteil und Top . Die Hotelleitung hat darauf sehr gut reagiert und gezeigt dass sie eigentlich viel besser sind

Short 2 night stay in a hotel before travelling home was not as expected

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were so friendly and professional. Evening meal in restaurant was very good.

Lack of communication regarding issues with water boiler. They knew we didn't have hot water, but only resolved it after we complained about not being able to have a shower.

het appartement was erg groot en schoon

heel gedateerd. als je een boek wilt lezen dan kan je je telefoon niet opladen. alles was erg oud ook de matrassen vd bedden. Daarnaast beschik je over een keuken waar niks in staat. Als je wilt koken moet je eerst zelf de olie en kruiden halen om een begin te kunnen maken.

Belle maison

Très belle maison. Petite piscine avec vue magnifique. Très bon restaurant (pas cher) en face tenu par un français du Nord (excellente cuisine).

Beaucoup trop d'escaliers qui nous ont fait écourter notre séjour dans cet établissement.

Alles reparieren plus Klimaanlage einbauen, dann wäre es eine tolle Unterkunft

Frühstücksauswahl war ausreichend(frisches Obst, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Honig, Kuchen, Joghurt, Müsli, Ei) Personal sehr freundlich. Lage optimal, tolle Terrasse im Restaurant, direkt an der Felskante, freier Blick aufs Meer, wunderschön.

Duplex-Appartement sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sehr eigenartig reparierte Mischbatterie in der Badewanne, kaputte Seifenspender, hinter den Seifenspendern und an den Silikonfugen (teilweise fehlenden) war Schimmel, kaputte Boilerverkleidung, Lichtschalter in Küche und Treppenaufgang funktionierten nicht immer. In den Appartments gibt es keine Klimaanlage, wir bekamen einen 2. Ventilator, nützte aber nichts, es war trotzdem sehr warm im Schlafzimmer. Reinigung mangelhaft, es kklebten die Stechmücken vom Vormieter noch an den Fliesen, Reinigung nur von Monatg bis Freitag. Pool war sehr kalt, Abdeckung vom Ablauf fehlte (Unfallgefahr), mit dem Bild in der Urlaubsanzeige kann man den IST-Zustand vom Pool nicht vergleichen. An unserem letzten Tag wurde der Pool wegen Service-Arbeiten gesperrt, wir konnten dafür im Nachbarhotel zum Schwimmen gehen. Was besondern nervig war, das Hundegebell. Auf Madeira gibt es viele Hunde und natürlich bellen die auch mal, aber in der Nachbarschaft (Leider konnten wir diesen Hund nicht genau orten) war ein Hund, der hat am Stück 2 Stunden gebellt, vorzüglich nachts bzw. ab halb 7 Uhr morgens. Da es sehr warm war schliefen wir bei offener Terrassentür, deshalb war es sehr nervig, dass dieser Hund permanent bellte. (Wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts kann, aber gäbe es eine Klima anlage wäre die Terrassentür zu und alles wäre gut.

Amazing views but bad cleaning

See views from the room number 5 (amazing). Breakfast included in the price has been tasty and with a lot of variety of food. The size of the room is very good.

Cleaning is very poor… Dirty floor (terrace and in), dirty bathroom (with brown signs in the white door…). And the price of watter, 4€ each bottle…

Great locatio and nice view from the restaurant.

After our arrival we waited quit a long time at the reception. Our accomodation was in depanance building. and that was a bit i convenient.

Very friendly and professional staff, great modern design, clean, spacious room.

The only thing I disliked was the bathroom- no mirror above the washing basin, obviously the designer never shaved in the morning.

nice restaurant patio

rooms are basic and beds are not the most comfortable. Restaurant service was very slow for us. The taxi driver ordered by the company to drive us to the airport charged us 25 euros for a standard 10 Euro trip. 150% increase he claimed to be “hotel rate”, whatever that means.

Great little hotel with a fantastic sea view.

I loved the personal attention of this boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful with my dietary requirements, travel on the island and places to visit. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment was lovely

The small kitchen had limited equipment if you wanted to cook but we ate out so it did not matter. The pool was tiny and in the shade during winter, but would probably use it in the summer.

Close to airport, not happy with the ants in the room

The Inn is very nice, close to the airport by car, so all fine. The view during breakfast is amazing.

In our room there were the ants..

Suggest for cheap travel

suggest for cheap travel I came after my flight was late at 1.45am. Reception man was there waiting for us. Only 11-12euros to come at night from airport by taxi. But on day time that place can be reached by walk. Location is near the Airport, so in the morning I came to the car rent agency into airport building by walk. Long but reacheable arround the whole airport. You can see on picture added. But do not believe google maps for the distance they stupid suggest to cross airport straight. Nearly Hotel there is cheap car rent companym but they working times ar more less only "normal" daytime Morning meal on terrace was good

I found clogged bathroom sink. The door lock of the room is worn and difficult to lock. I tryed communicate per booking messages, they didn't answered
