Friendly staff from reception to security! Couldn’t find my car as I checked in late previous night and wasn’t sure of my parking.Met a very friendly staff lady can’t remember her name.She walked with me and help me find my car in the parking lot☺️breakfast was lovely very organised!
No shower cap in the shower cap box in the bathroom and I really needed it for my hair.

The breakfast was average. But one thing i can commend honestly is your staff. They are exceptional and so friendly. We were moved to a more comfortable room with no stress because we were not placed well for our first night.
Your staff was amazing... Its so refreshing to see people that take their work so seriously and enjoy hospitality.
The first room we had... It was extremely small amd uncomfortable.
There was no ice in the machines we had to go to the bar everytime. The beds were a bit hard.
