Great location- we preferred being close to the natural beauty of the lake.
Friendly communication with owners.
I didn’t find the apartment very comfortable. Others have mentioned the lack of coziness and I’d agree. The interior felt quite clinical and lacked soft touches; it didn’t feel to compliment the amazing environment - harsh lighting; the chairs are hard and could do with seat cushions; the kitchen is lacking equipment and it’s hard to cook a decent meal with only 2 rings. TBH I’d not scrutinised the list of amenities but I missed having an oven and toaster! There’s a mirror in only one bedroom but a full length one would be good and would make the interior feel less cramped. Finally, I don’t understand why the shower head is hung at waist height which makes showering feel like a chore! I was also disappointed that the exterior looked a little neglected compared to the flower-laden neighbours :(

De ligging, zeer toffe omgeving. Kortbij het meer, op wandelroute. Heerlijk om s’ochtends de koeien zien langs te komen.

Excellent apartment in great location for exploring the local nature and close enough to Bled (and without the crowds!). Very clean and well equipped.
Petra was a great host and very responsive to any requests.
If I had to find one point for improvement (not a complaint!), would be to have more blackout blinds in the bedroom. Once the sun was up, the light shone in - still, good to have an early start for exploring the beautiful area!
