We booked a double queen room as we had two young kids, the room was fantastic, good air con, comfy beds, lovely bathroom. Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly and service oriented, did the extra mile for the satisfaction of the guest
They advertised with rooms that had a kitchenette. And it was there, just completely unusable. They took out also allt plates, cups, cutlery etc. I specifically booked this room for my dietary needs. When I asked about it they said the have stopped facilitating it since a year due to some reason. I could get a plate and a fork and spoon, but that was it. I think if they know this for so long, they should change there room information on booking.com

The location is very convenient, especially for a short stay in Incheon or when traveling through Incheon Airport. It’s easy to get around from the hotel, with restaurants, cafés and convenience stores nearby. Overall, the location made our stay practical and easy.
The room was extremely small. The bed is positioned right underneath the TV, which is almost comically large compared to the size of the room. Check-in also took quite a while, and unfortunately the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming.
