The property was just so perfect. Near and convenient. It has parking space, restaurant, cafe, and salon. Its not also expensive. The hotel is clean and the staffs are very much welcoming. Though they dont offer breakfast but the rate was good enough. I highly recommend this property. I love Davao City. Next time when we will visit Davao City, I will book this hotel again.

place was very clean
limited vehicle parking space. we have to leave our vehicle and walk/commute in order not to loose space for parked vehicle.

It’s not that expensive, it’s within walking distance to the mall, and the room aesthetics are great.
The room my brother and his family stayed in had a smell. I requested a room transfer, but I was told they would clean it instead and that they disinfect their rooms regularly (the staff sounded a little defensive, or maybe I was just overanalyzing things). I would have preferred a transfer, though, since my sister-in-law has asthma and is very sensitive to smells. She ended up taking migraine pills and other medications to help her sleep. It was only an overnight stay, so we eventually shrugged it off.
Parking was also difficult due to limited space. You often have to park behind someone, and others might park behind you. They offer valet services if you're in a tight spot, but I personally don't like that someone else has access to our car.

Location is very close to restaurants. A convenience store is nearby
Initially, we had issues with cockroaches. Then they sprayed the rooms with insecticides and the roaches were gone for the rest of our 3-day stay.
