Small room, but perfectly acceptable for either an overnight stay or a few hours before a flight. Shuttle service works perfectly, no more than 10-15 mins transfer. Definitely recommend.

The room is very clean and all the staff is very polite and friendly, restaurant at the lobby is good as well they serve good meals, the garden walk is lovely and most of all the frequent free bus to and from airport and to Narita Station is very convenient.

Loved this hotel! The property is so serene and lovely. The staff are helpful and pleasant & there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel & vice versa so everything was very convenient! Loved the convenience store inside and also the buffet breakfast was beautiful.

המיטות קטנות מאוד. מיטה זוגית היא למעשה מיטה וחצי ברוחב 1.2. בנוסף, אפשר לקנות אוכל בחנות נוחות אבל אין איפה לאכול אותו חוץ מהחדר הצפוף

De kamer was veel te warm en de airco deed het niet goed. Heb het raam open gezet snachts en dat in de winter! Maar waardoor ik weer de vliegtuigen buiten hoorde. Het tapijt rook oud en stoffig.
Het matras vond ik veel te hard.

Close proximity to the airport with free shuttle service which was handy for our early morning departure.
The beds are really uncomfortable although during my trip I stayed in 3 different my stay hotels & it was a reoccurring theme.

We appreciated the transfer bus to the airport, we did not use the service arriving to the hotel as the times of the bus did not match our schedule.
The light panel next to the bed was full of smudge and fingerprints, and had quite obviously not been cleaned. Not did the AC work in the room, so it was very warm. As we arrived late and wanted to sleep, we did not bother to call anyone to fix it or change rooms, we opened the windows and kept them open throughout the night.

I stayed with my children for a flight transfer that was for one day. We really enjoyed the room and amenities, the breakfast buffet was very nicely prepared and presented. Also I appreciate the reception staff’s assistance with our violin that was left behind and also a luggage handling mistake. We still made our flight on time, even the shuttle driver helped you to re-claim our suitcases. The shuttle to the Narita-San temple and airport are very convenient also.

レストラン、ブッフェがとても美味しいです。新鮮な野菜と食べ応えのある素材、ライブキッチンのお肉や海鮮メニュー、中華も揃っています。ペストリーも手作りらしい優しい味わいです。外国からの滞在者、航空乗務員の方が多く泊まられているからか、誰にとっても楽しめるメニューが揃っていました。未就学児はブッフェ無料、クセのないメニューが多いので小さいお子さんがおられる方は食事の心配がなく館内で過ごせると思います。
スタッフの皆さんも優しく行き届いた方ばかりでホスピタリティを感じました。
設備は新しくはないですが、ちょっとしたところに宿泊者目線の工夫があり、滞在のクオリティが確保されていました。
プール、お風呂が快適なので朝も空いていると嬉しいなと思います。

It's close to Narita Airport. There's a free shuttle to and from the airport, and from Aeon Mall & Narita Station.
One time the shuttle driver was not taking anyone back to the hotel (shuttle cancelled) and he was rude about it. The hotel first put me and my kids in a room on the smoking level - I still have nightmares about that room: the smell was filthy. I asked to change room. In my new room, the bathroom air vent didn't work. 5 minutes inside and you started suffocating. Not a good experience.

Everything is wonderful!! Very accommodating staff , good shuttle services, full breakfast buffet ($16 adults ), clean and comfortable beds, daily room cleaning + jammies , good pool+hot tub ,nice size gym, convenient 24/7 store with everything.

The friendly staff, clean rooms, shuttle services to the airport and a convenience store available.
The AC is not working. I informed them the first night that it was not cooling right, but they insisted they have a centralized AC control and the room was on correct temperature when it was obviously not. Several housekeeping staff confirmed it was too hot as well but nothing was done. We stayed 3 nights and it was very uncomfortable. That made the experience terrible otherwise the stay would have been amazing.

The best part about this hotel is the location, we had dinner in the Japanese restaurant which was nice but rushed.
The bathroom was filthy, mould everywhere and stains on the linen. The breakfast buffet was quite expensive while the food wasn’t anything rave about.

It is close enough from NRT. To see many airplanes are arriving in the close air on the above of the hotels is very scary, but inside of the hotel it was quiet. The crowd's in this hotel was noisier than the airplanes' approaching to NRT.
Too many groups were staying at this hotel. Because of it, I and some other hotel guests had to wait for the laundry machine and dryers. It seems that the big public bath for men's was also very crowded. This hotel could have the group guests in another wing and they could install some other laundry room and public bath as well?!
The group people were having breakfast and dinner in the basement's party room. This was good idea for other individual guests, I think.

The free transfer bus to and from the terminal was great. Also the bus that goes to the shopping mall was fantastic.
Pool opening hours are only 3-8pm. I would of liked to see the restaurant menu in the room.

Very clean, nice looking hotel. Free shuttle service and a gigantic bed and tv. Spacious bath room with a lot of amenities. Also a lot of facilities like free gym, sauna and a swinning pool.
It's not that cheap if you're on your own but it's still worth the price. And it's not that easy to get there at night from central Tokyo. So I got a taxi from a close station.
