The apartment location was very convenient to everything we wanted to see. I liked the security system making us feel very safe. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with items we needed.
Parking was very expensive and confusing.

Excellent apartment and well furnished.
The building experienced several door malfunctions during our stay (door codes would not work-it was a building issue and not one with our apartment).

Extremely clean
Excellent, like new appliances: washer, dryer, fridge etc
Good size for a couple
Handy location: quiet, downtown an easy walk, proximity to Bus Stop 12 very handy for tour pickups
Under floor heating makes it very comfortable during the day but stuffy at night. There’s a thermostat control but it makes little to no difference—inside temp is stuck around 24 degrees C. We had to keep the windows and balcony door open and even then it was hard to sleep, especially under the supplied doonas.
The “smart” TV needs have a few more lessons. There’s no access to local channels and the Apple Airplay option which would allow streaming does not work as the displayed TV code and connected network details do not match.

Location and large space. New feel
Smell in overall apartment, unclear if temperature controls, no hooks or shelves in bathroom . No tv in living room.
