Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Staff were good and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. Has ample car and bike parking space. The complimentary Breakfast was ok. There was not much variety but was enough for a decent meal.
Location wise, most of the popular destinations in mysore like the Zoo, Palace, Philomena church is at a 2-3 km radius. There is a mall very nearby (walkable distance) and one can visit it if time permits.

Hotel locatios is ideal, rooms are big and confortable, breakfast is ok but i missed much more fruits an salads.room have cofee, tea that was great.
The internet service requires an Indian phone number. If you do not have one, you are assigned a number, which may not work. When it fails, there is no alternative, which is extremely disappointing and outdated.
The service provided by Anu Tours & Travel at the hotel was also a complete fiasco. Their brochures do not clearly state prices or package conditions, and prices appear to be handwritten by the manager depending on the customer. Some tours also do not follow the advertised itineraries.
For example, the Maderi–Coorg package was advertised as including eight attractions, but I was taken to only one. Later, I was told that the price was actually per attraction rather than per package, despite the package being advertised otherwise. I was also told that some attractions could not be visited on the same day, even though they were included in the same package. This limitation was never explained beforehand.
Overall, I felt completely misled and scammed. The language barrier was later used as an excuse for the lack of clear information.
Tour operators should provide transparent information about prices, inclusions, itineraries, distances, and limitations. Customers should also research each attraction independently before booking.
Finally, drivers should be clearly instructed not to honk unnecessarily. The constant honking and aggressive driving made the journey extremely stressful and, at times, felt like a nightmare.

Room space and view outside along with all basic facilities.
Food taste and quality was below average. Towels provided was very old and torn at multiple places.
