die Lage der Wohnung zur Innenstadt und zum Einkaufen war sehr gut. Das Wonzimmer war sehr gemütlich und die Betten ausgesprochen komfortabel.
die Terrasse lag direkt an einer stark frequentierten Ein- bzw. Ausfallstrasse nach Esens. Sie war wg. des Verkehrslärms nicht zu nutzen.

Sehr netter Vermieter man konnte immerhin mit Problemen zu ihm kommen aber es gab zum Glück keine. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig aber trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet.

Wir waren zu viert - zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (2 und fast 5) - hier und die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Vom Besitzer wurde uns bei der Ankunft alles persönlich gezeigt und direkt einige Spielplatzempfehlungen für die Kids gegeben, die alle fußläufig zu erreichen waren. Ebenso die Innenstadt von Esens inkl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen.
