Location, Room, Dinner and Breakfast.
Very over priced.

What this venue lacks in decor is more than made up for by the generous portions when dining, the generous provisions in the room and the very friendly staff.
Our room was warm and comfortable during Storm Austen when the horizontal rain was beating on the windows.
Location was fabulous with everything walkable and having a car park space was a bonus.
Great value for money.
Needs a bit of TLC decor wise
