It had parking 24 h which was very good. The breakfast was good and the personnel was very kind. They gave us water when we arrived. Answered all our questions and suggested places to eat.
I didn't like that the room we were in was directly above a liquor store which made a lot of noise in the late night. I also did not like the fact that the room was in front of a pool bar which also closed late and the light came through the room. For some reason one day they entered to clean the room took the hand towell and did not replace it. The bed was squeaky and the room floor was not very clean.

Great location, just about a quarter
Ile walk from the central park, beautiful church, restaurants , shops and
a great feel for Armenia.
Since there are only fans, no AC it can get warm in the summer months.

The staff and specially the beds, they were comfy.
The shower at the room provide were not okay

Near to the downtown so it’s easy to take a cab (there’s no Uber in Armenia)
Rooms don’t have Air Conditioning 🥵
