About this house rental
Nestled in Brisbane, this lovely house for $174 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that sleeps 6 adults in 4 beds plus a travel cot. You will experience air conditioned living areas, with ceiling fans in all rooms as well as outside on the deck with it's dining setting and pool view. Comfortable sofas will invite you to relax and enjoy the living room which includes a smart TV, Foxtel cable tv channels and free wifi. Keona Grove Home has multiple 5 star reviews from other booking platforms that I am happy to supply for your perusal - please enquire if you wish to view them. The Townhouse is 2 storey with entry level being living areas, one of the bedrooms, a separate toilet/basin and laundry. Downstairs are the other two bedrooms and both bathrooms. All quality bed linen and towels by Sheridan are supplied for your stay. The main bedroom has an en suite and in addition to the main bathroom there is also a powder room on the upper level. Single car remote controlled garage with internal access offering excellent security for the lone traveller. Additional parking space is available. You are welcome to enjoy full use of the pristine swimming pool at the rear of the home. A securely fenced, gated rear garden and patio area are there for your private use. Local shops at Flockton St, Everton Park or Hamilton Rd at McDowall, and 10 minutes drive to the the local shopping malls at Brookside, Stafford City or the large Westfield at Chermside. North West Private, Prince Charles and Holy Spirit Northside are large hospitals close by. Eatons Hill Hotel and the Everton Park Hotel are nearby and offer great food, entertainment and live music

House was exactly as described and was clean and well set up. The pool was great and we would happily stay again

The home was very clean and well kept. Was in very easy spot to find. Was wonderful having access to a pool. Was well equipped with things such as dish wash, hand soaps etc. lovely towels which was a very nice change from the previous place we had stayed. The only thing that was not perfect was the shower pressure, the bath was what we ended up using, but other than that it was wonderful and will stay there again. A+

Ideal for group seeking a large split-level 3-bedroom house in quiet suburb, with garage and/or off-street parking. Well appointed kitchen and full laundry facilities, 2 1/2 bathrooms - great for longer stays. Note bedrooms are not air-conditioned, but main living room unit works sufficiently well for entire house in summer. Beautifully clean and comfortable..

This place had everything we needed for a few months while we were moving house, and we were especially grateful that we could keep our dog with us. The owner has taken the effort to make it liveable, rather than just providing the bare minimum, so we appreciated things like having enough (good-sized) towels and having what we needed in the kitchen, among other things. It’s also well-maintained and obviously well looked after. The location is quiet and safe. The owner was available and receptive to questions, concerns etc. We also appreciated that it was affordable.
Added bonuses - the trees surrounding the deck are lovely and the pool is nice and even has some floaties available for kids.
Our only negative was that the air-con didn’t reach to the front room and it was very hot in there, despite the fan. But we did stay during a heat wave so it would probably usually be fine.
Definitely recommend for short to medium term stays.

We rented this house as it was central for visiting family.
The house and amenities were spot on and the furniture was good quality.
Only one downside was one neighbour who had the young child outside every morning at 06:00 so no chance of a lay in.

We loved staying in this comfortable home enjoying the pool and in the heart of the leafy northern suburbs. This is a lovely place to stay and I couldn’t be happier with our accommodation. Clean, modern, very comfy beds, great location near Everton plaza, fabulous base for Brisbane activities! Can’t wait to return in Jan.

Loved this place & will defiantly stay again
This place just felt like home with the extra touch of body wash, shampoo, washing liquid and basic pantry items, plenty of toys for little (although our children are older) Clair has just thought of everything. Felt very safe and secure. Very clean also.

Had a very good experience at this spacious townhouse property. The property is in excellent condition, very clean and everything you need is here. This property is exactly as described qnd Claire is so accessible, willing and easy to communicate with. Quality linens and furnishings and best leather lounge for comfort ever. Would definitely recommend also for location and access to everything. Would stay again.

Clean and convenient
This rental was everything I had hoped for and more. It was very clean, and which is a big deal for me. It was as advertised, and perfect for my families needs. The complimentary supplies were a nice touch. The bedding and towels were top notch and the location was convenient for seeing the sights of Brisbane. I would recommend the property without reservation and I hope to stay there again.

Peaceful paradise

Beautiful stay.
Our family of 6 stayed here for 4 nights, the owner Claire was wonderful she was only a message away if we needed to know anything, the apartment is modern and beautiful inside, very clean and plenty of room, everything you could possibly need is at this apartment, it is overlooking bushland which was lovely and the swimming pool, so quiet too, it is also pet friendly and great areas to walk dogs, only negative thing was we couldn’t stay longer, we loved it here and can’t wait to go back again.

Fantastic and cozy holiday stay
I had an absolutely fantastic stay here with my friends. Such a perfect location, central to everything and close to the shops and also Chermside. The property was perfect with a beautiful balcony and view of the trees and the pool. The house was very spacious and had everything I needed with additional information about anything I could possibly think of. The TV also had Foxtel and Netflix which was perfect for the rainy days. The house was very clean, modern and with very comfy bedding. I couldn’t have asked for more! Very happy with my stay.
